Shooters,

I just wanted to share some pictures and specs of one of the latest rifles to leave the shop. I was very happy with the rifle and I know its going to be a shooter as well. The .284 Win is an exceptionally accurate cartridge and I know this rifle will be a 1/4 MOA rifle just like mine is. With the my load we are pushing a 162 A-Max around 2975. Our high end of the accuracy node is around 3010 fps, but we toned it down slightly.

Here are the specs.

-Short Action Customs Alpha 11 Long action, right hand, fluted bolt
-SAC A11 match firing pin assembly
-SAC Blind side bolt release
-30 MOA base
-Enhanced Accuracy Package performed on action
-Bartlein MTU 7mm 1-9" finished at 26" from action face forward
-Barrel threaded 5/8 x 24, no thread protector installed.
-Barrel contoured down to 1.100" for Badger EFR.
-Manners MCS-T5A stock
-Full epoxy pillar bedding, flawless feed and function with Badger M5 L/A.
-Milled out bolt shroud cutout in cheek piece. Filled in and blended.
-Rear tang area blended, rebuilt and finished.
-Ejection port and side bolt release cut in shop and finished.
-Stock painted OD Green.
-All metal painted Cerakote Patriot Brown with Graphite Black accents.

Thank you for looking.

Mark

Re: SAC: Signature 284 Win Rifle

loving the little extra touches on the rifle as in the black & Brown contrast to include the side bolt release. Mark, you are doing great work.

How does the T5 feel? I have never fired with a thumb hole stock but that one is starting to grown on me some. It looks comfortable.
