Hello all, recently purchased a Sako M995 in 338 LM and have some questions.
The previous owner milled the cocking device on the underside of the bolt and I have been unable to bring the trigger out to more than 1 pound 2 oz. It was 8 oz when I received the rifle. I think it needs a new firing pin assembly and will the TRG 42 assembly fit this model?
I have searched the previous threads on the topic and was unable to find the answer.
Also does anybody have any experience with the KRG stock for this model as I am looking at restocking the rifle in the near future as I think the recoil with the original stock will be a bit harsh.
Thanks in advance, Dave
