Sako TRG 22 260

Re: Sako TRG 22 260

I couldn't agree more! Bought a NF NXS, then some mounting rails... Didn't fit the LH action...." No problem, just send them back". Nice to see men making the Internet work for them and their customers! ........ Now if I could only decide between DTA and AI for my next stick?!

Re: Sako TRG 22 260

I met Alex & his guys at the NRA convention as well and ended up making arrangements to get the TRG in 260 Rem. with 5.5 X22 Zero NF. They are stand up guys and were a pleasure to deal with. I also got an ACOG from them as well. I"m glad I did. We spent last weekend in the mountains shooting AR's and the ACOG was a huge hit. I had a tough time with its cost, but damn I love it. You will love the 260. I got the Sako bipod and in hindsight, it was a good move.

I can't speak for Higgins but mine will hold 1/2" MOA 5 shot to 600 pretty easily and 3/4-1 to 1000 with out much trouble. Load development was a bear but once I got it clear sailing. It coppers a lot more than my 308 TRG guess the price you pay for those long skinny bullets.

Re: Sako TRG 22 260

I am waiting for some SW and Black Hills. Will be trying 3 different match loads. (no i do not reload) My club has distances out to 600 and I should be able to give some range reports with pictures next week.

Re: Sako TRG 22 260

My entire rig came from the fine folks at Euro Optic and I couldn't be happier! TRG in .260, Badger rings, PH 3-15x50 w/ Gen2XR, Sako bipod, and Zeiss LRF. ALL products have been top-tier and the service was on par with the quality of the equipment. Thanks guys! Rifle will hold sub 1/3 MOA @ 100 and 1/2 MOA @ 300. Can't wait to stretch it out to 600 and beyond!
