Anyone know of a good gunsmith who can turn down a barrel, bore out a BO FTE for a rem 700 338?

Ray Federico in Taylorsville does all my local rifle gunsmithing. Although he does most everything he likes to work on benchrest rifles. He's fast and reasonable as far as price.
