Student leaders at a high school in the San Francisco Bay Area have decided that the national anthem is racist and outdated and have banned it from school rallies. Bay area Californians being Californian? Say it ain't so, Joe...

I visited there once in '03 with my programmer brother while on my way to report to a school in SoCal, I wanted to see the stomping grounds of Harry Callahan first hand and being a fan of bridges I just had to cross the GG once in my life. Healthy looking 20-something professional beggars wearing Tommy Hilfiger shirts when I'm in a WalMart sweatshirt asking me for money and giving me a dirty look when I tell them to fuck off and their clothes are nicer than mine. There's seriously signs all over there saying it's the Godly thing to do in giving to the "needy", I didn't see anyone needy there though, only greedy. I stopped in Berkley for a burger and a laugh on the way to my brother's house in Silicon Valley, you could cut the liberal anti-military tension there with a knife.

I didn't lose anything, no need to go back. Ever. Same with Memphis and New Orleans.

If you do get back to the area go to the Berkeley campus and go up the Carrillion. You can look across the bay and see the fog roll in on SF. Quite impressive. I agree with the Memphis and NO sentiment, nothing there ai want.

As to the beggars, Im always polite and tell them I give to the Salvation Army, go there for help:::::unless theyve got a pack of ciggarettes, then I tell them 'I cant afford to smoke and you want me to support your habit...Bwahahahahahaha.

"Ms. Kermanizadeh said the fact that the third verse is practically never played, and very few Americans even know the lyrics doesn’t matter — the entire song is tainted."

Inversely, the whole school is tainted. Therefore, we shall be disconnecting it from the power supply, because that is part of the National Power Grid. We shall also be stopping the pay of teachers and custodians, because their pay comes from taxes, which are both local, State, and National. Thirdly, we shall be abandoning the structures, because their 'protection' comes from a Law branch which is also local, State, and Federal.

Therefore, snowflake idiots from hell, go forth and dwindle, suffer, and decay. The rest of us Moral, Responsible, and Ethical humans shall continue to flourish and prosper.

    Have A Nice Day.

I take long fast-paced walks through a cemetery near where I live. Living in L.A. it offers a serene outdoor setting where I can get some exercise. At any rate, periodically a headstone will grab my attention. A few days ago I noticed candles and flowers near a spot that is usually pretty sparse. I decided to take a closer look. As I got closer I noticed a WW2 medal placed on the grave. I read what was written and did the math. He was in the navy and was seventeen. It was a bit of a shock and I stood there contemplating his grave. It's incredible how much things have changed.

I won't give up on the youth in my area. My 2 boys are in public school. Kindergarten and 5th grade. We are in a moderately rural area but there are still way left parents and teachers around. I feel it is my duty as a country loving American to help to enlighten people about what I deem as important history. My boys are not scared to openly disagree with their teachers. More than once my wife has sent emails correcting teachers based on my boys catching them spreading false information. My wife is a high scho teacher in our district so she handles the small things and if I don't agree with the outcome, I'll make an appearance in school. No one likes that.

Giving up on the spoiled youth is not good for any of us. Make your children and yourself examples and pillars of the community so that the weak minded take notice of how things should be done!
