I am looking to see if the MkII 22lr 10rd or 93R 17hmr 10rd mags still exist? I used to see them at the local Sportsman's or cabela's but no more and I can't even find them online and I don't mean in stick I can't even find the magazines. Then again my Internet skills aren't the greatest.
Thanks for your help.

Also if there are any of you looking to get rid a few I might be able to help you out :)

Midway sent me an email a few days ago stating that they were in stock.

I had already bought one from another online company earlier.

On a side note the magazine didnt work, not even close. As you know, the MKII rifles dont have a feedramp on the barrel so feeding is dependant upon the magazine putting the nose of the cartridge in the chamber. My new 10rd mag didnt do this, it fed the round into the barrel face below the chamber.

I called savage and they had me send it back to them, on my dime. I was kinda bummed.

yeah dude, I had the same issue a while back, My MKII-TR was 0 for 10 feeding from both of my mags right out of the box, called savage, told them what was going on,, the lady on the other end didn't know what I was talking about... finally their Customer Service head came on the line, I emailed him some photos and he sent me a replacement L-Spring. turns out that some of the L-Spring Lots (holds the magazine in place) were not being properly heat treated at the factory down in Canada, so they weren't holding the magazines in their proper position.

it's a ten dollar part that they'll ship to you for free, and they usually include a pretty sweet camo hat in the box too, so if you haven't shipped it yet, that'd be a good option. either that, or just upgrade to 22WMR or 17HMR. I've never had a Jam on my 93. ever.
