Savage Stealth Evolution 30 or 40 MOA base?

Howdy,

I have already posted about my issues with my factory Evo base (in 300 WM).

To my question - Anyone found a decent scope base with 30 or 40 moa gain? Or 20 let alone? I think the action will accept most of the bases I see for BA 110 but it will obviously not close the gap between the front and rear. It also looks like I will have an empty screw hole if I replace with 7.45 rail. I have actually called a couple of the custom base manufacturers and was told it would be better to find someone who produces them for that model.

Anyone found a base built for the Evolution model? If not have you thrown a a LA round on one?

You could try just going with a spuhr mount

Check out egw. I am looking at a 300 wm 110 ba and will be getting this 40moa base and scrapping the step down one that comes on it.
