Got scammed by buff104. Put up a want to buy add for a Spurh 4601 mount. they Sent picure that was very convincing but actually used a picture from @Senor_Barney post in 2023 but changed background, added the leveling tool and a very convincing hand written note showing username and date. was only a matter of time i guess.

You've been here since 2017, right? And you havent noticed the "Report" button in the lower left hand corner of every post (including this one) and pm conversation reply?

Hit that button, explain the situation and provide the user name of the individual who scammed you. Without reports nothing gets done. These threads are largely worthless by comparison, relatively speaking.

You only get bit if you're either not paying attn or buying from noobs with no feedback history.
