SCAR 17S mags

I was getting pretty frustrated trying to find extra mags for my SCAR 17. I was doing a little research and came across this(guy has terrible form).

This is what's gonna happen when I get home from work....my only question is what is the extension that turns the 20rd PMAG into a 30 rounder and where do I get them? I'd like to have more than 1 mag for my 3k rifle(f*^k you very much FN Herstal).

Ive seen this on another forum, the man shooting in the video, I believe, is the one who modified his SCAR17 to work with Pmags. He dremeled the magazine well of his SCAR and then also modified the pmag. So far it has worked out pretty good for him. As for the extension, I have no clue. Thanks for the response. From what I saw, he had an unmodified SCAR lower that he was using as well as a modified one? I'm just glad I have another option for mags now as I was kind of getting depressed about the shitty mag situation. Don't know if I like the belt sander idea but maybe a little could be taken off each side and the ends with a mill? Now to check out that link....

To be honest, you wanna stick with the belt sander. The key to doing it the right way is to sand some, check it, sand some more, check it again, and so on till you get it right and the way you want it. $20.00 might not seem like alot, but it does add up after a few screw ups with a mill... YMMV
