Rifle Scopes schmidt and bender pm 2

help!!!
when i move the zoom ring the magnification does not change all it does is severely alter the focus?
anyone any ideas?

Give the S&B Service Center a call on monday morning. They will be able to help more than making guesses and assumptions with limited information on the internet.
