Rifle Scopes Schmidt & Bender 1-8x24 Short Dot PM II 30mm Rifle

Does anyone have any expereinces with this scope? Is the illuminated DOT on the second focal plane? Also what is the size of the dot?

If you have one, how do you like it? Thanks

Some friends looked at the "prototype" they had at the IWA show in Germany a few weeks ago and it sounds (and looked) like it will be yet a while until its actually available.

April/May time frame was the release date I was last told by our S&B rep. I have one on order. Will let you know when I get it.

June was the date I was given by S&B last week.
