and where I can find it, prefer one piece 20 MOA base.

Leupold Mark 4 Savage long action steel base with 8-40 screws is what I used.

I used a millet 20 moa one piece that I found at a salvage store. They had bought all the stock from a store that had gone bankrupt. I put it on the drill press and bored the #6 holes out to number#8 holes ( took all of 10 minutes). They had them for $9.99 each. Put it on my 338 lapua and it worked great. Still there too.
