Rifle Scopes Scope cover recommendation

I have started using some more expensive scopes than I normally have used. Because of this I am wanting to protect them from safe rash and handling rash. I do not like the neoprene covers that much, they are generally hit or miss as far as quality and whether they fit.

I have a Steiner M7 4-28x56 coming and would like a recommendation for a decent scope cover that will fit.

I know you said no to neoprene, but I put the USO scope covers on all my scopes. They seem to protect them from safe rash.

I use these on my expensive scopes with good results. I took the muzzle cover off though.

@bjay has a great solution, he puts tube caps you can buy at a craft store or possibly hardware store, I can't find the thread where he shared the pics but maybe he can chime in. For scope covers, my go to is Red Tac Gear. U.S. made, very high quality. Straps can be relocated along the length for customized fit to your rifle. Good stuff, I'd highly recommend you take a look at these.

I also ordered some wrap..this should only leave 15% of scope chance to get scratch

Cool, thanks for sharing bjay, and I love the multi-cam wrap as well - I bought some a while back and it has sat on my bench... because I'm lazy! Well not really, but have too many other projects going on.

PS - which ACI did you get to put in your ERA-TAC bubble/ACI adapter?
