Rifle Scopes scope for 500 yards

I am building a rifle to shoot 500 yard compitions and possible do some hunting with it. i have been looking at three different scopes and have it narrowed down to three the uso st 10. the viper vortex pst 6-24 or a nighforce 3.5-15zs. I had a chance to look through the Nightforce but didnt spend all that much time with it but i have not found a dealer near me for the uso. Was wondering if anyone had some through the scope pictures at distance farther than 100.

I have the vortex pst 6-24 x50 and can easily see the dimples on my ranges 400 steel. Love the turrets clean positive clicks great reticule!

How is the zero stop on the pst?

I've had two NXS 5.5-22 and I really liked them. Will probably buy another but right now I'm going to be using a ST10 at my 500m range.

of the 3 i thinnk nf would be best, vortex would be second, uso would be third. i hate fixed power scopes.

but the best bang for your buck would obviously be the vortex. i think you would be more comfortable with your rifle if you bought a vortex, and 500 bucks in ammo rather than buy a nf.

thanks for the info guys. I was looking at the nxs today at cabelas cause that is the only local place that has them that i can play with before i buy. I am still trying to find a place local to check out the vortex. cabelas does sell them but on the internet only so far.
