Scope for CZ 452

I bought my dad a CZ 452 thumbhole varmint for Christmas in 22LR. He is not going to spend over 300.00 dollars for a scope for it. We have been looking at the Bushnell Elite 3200 5-15, the Nikon Buckmaster 4.5-14, and the Super Sniper. All scopes have the mil dot reticle. He will be shooting to 200 yards and has got a DIP 25MOA base for it. Which one will he be happiest with?

I have had a good experience with the Nikon buckmaster. I can shoot it out to 100yds easily by holding over with the MD reticle. The only problem I've had with it has been the lack of Target knobs. But that being said the glass is good and the power range is good for longer ranges with the .22

Thanks for the reply. He has decided to go with the Weaver grandslam tactical 3-10 mil mil.

I'm not sure about current pricing, but you might want to look at the Vortex scopes as well.

Another for Vortex, they seem like great scopes with a wonderfull warranty. Well worth the coin and you may be able to get one for your budget if you shop around.

I have a nikon buckmaster 4.5x14 on my cz453 and love it

The Super Sniper has an outragous amount of elevation and it will be needed if you intend to shoot beyond 100 yards

Another vote for a Super Sniper. Pick them up new for $300 used for less, something like 116 MOA of elevation to play with. FOr just shooting paper get a 16x or a 20x, for general use maybe a 10x.

Another +1 for the Super Sniper, find a used one in good shape and spend the rest on ammo.
