Rifle Scopes Scope suggestions

I have a Leupold Mark 5 5-25 and Bushnell XRS 2 4.5-30 I’m looking to replace. The mark 5 currently sits on a 6.5 CM that I use to shoot out to 1200 yards. The Bushnell currently sits on a 300 PRC that is lightly used for shooting out to a mile.

Reason for the change is I’m getting into local .22 comps and need a scope with lower parallax adjustment for my RimX now. My thought is to sell the two scopes I have and replace them with the same scope for consistencies sake. One for the 6.5 and one to swap between the .22 and 300 prc.

Budget for each is anywhere between $1800 and $2500 ish. I know that’s quite a range. At the top end the vortex razor gen 3 looks like a good option. The Burris XTR pro looks like an option. What are some other options worth looking at that have low parallax adjustment and give enough magnification and clarity shooting out to a mile?I haven’t looked at what’s available in the market for a couple years.

Also any recommendations for a good quick detach mount to make swapping between the .22 and 300 prc easier?

Or am I thinking about this wrong? Would it be better to get a higher end scope to swap between the 6.5 and 300 prc and something a little less expensive for the .22 and not worry about getting the same scope for both?

If it matters, the Vortex is almost a pound heavier than the Pro. I really like the Pro, but could never get used to the weight of the Vortex. I’ve had several and never kept one very long. But, they’re both great scopes. It’s your money, spend it how you want.

Just get a scope for the .22. Take a look at the Zeiss S3 4-25, which has 46.5 mils of elevation, or the 6-36 depending on what magnification you need/want. Another is the Tract 4-25 which has 47 mils of elevation or their 4.5-30 version. The Burris Pro is a good option too. Good glass but only 26 mils of elevation so depends on how far out you are planning to shoot.

At that price range. its the Element Theos 6-36 for me.
Close 2nd would be a Razor Gen3, followed by a Ziess LRP S3 6-36
All will handle every caliber, as well as be excellent for close parallax on Rimfire.

I will second a vote for the Zeiss LRP S3.

Parallax only goes down to 50 yards (not a big deal for me, as I don't shoot under 100 yards for anything, except pistols), but the Kahles K624i would be another good option, and up near the top of your budget. Phenomenal glass, and with a great depth of field, you might be fine shooting sub-50 with the 50 yard parallax.

That's not the LRP S3

The 6-36 is 10m
And the 4-25 is 15m

I like the MPA mount a lot. Holds everything solid and a small footprint. Another to look at is the ARC mount.

I don’t shoot 22 comp so I am going with what Rob says. I run a PST 5-25 on my 22 for shooting to 450 yards
