How does judicial = politics? I don't know the story here but scotus shouldn't be political. I understand why you locked the slippery slope thread. KYDumbass crossed the line.
I think we should be able to discuss issues that involve politicians as long as we only discuss the issue. Too many like to stray which makes it hard. Guess I should have seen fs1's post
