Night Vision Screw info for Reap IR 35 Wilcox adapter

Wanting to attach a plate to put Anker pack on and thought I’d try something out of Delrin with recessed screw hole and the 3M mushroom stuff on the plate and battery pack. Any help would be appreciated and place to source as well.
