Last I saw, by day 2, they were already begging for food and now had a roving 'security force' shaking down people and businsess in the 'free zone' as well as assaulting other members.

They have no plan. They have only a very limited amount of resources. They have no actual command structure. This wouldn't even require a direct action operation; siege them and let them implode. The real estate they took has no significant value of any kind. They have a total lack of understanding anything resembeling logistics. They have no plan or anything that defines 'winning'.
