Picked it up today. Mounted NF NXS 5.5 -22 x 56 on NF 1" ultralite rings. Harris bipod. Set the trigger at 2.5lbs. I love the way it looks. Now we need to get rid of all this snow and get above freezing.

Me, too, since I ordered the Seekins version. But I've not read too much positive about accuracy on here. Also about rough bolt cycling considering the price, and that the timney 510 trigger being junk, in that it is rated down to 1.5lbs but nobody has been able to dial it down to that reliably. I don't own a single rifle with more than 2lbs pull and won't. Most rifles I set to a pound. We'll see. It will primarily be a hunting rifle and I just can't justify $3k for a custom build so I'm kinda stuck.

No problem getting down to 1.5 lbs reliably on mine.

After a bit of break in and propper lubrication my bolt runs very smoothly.

Accuracy was nothing to write home about, but became acceptable after discontinuing load work up with H1000. H4831 produced the smallest groups at 100 yards, but RL26 produced tighter vertical at distance. It’s my only lightweight rifle with a skinny barrel so that may factor into grouping vs expectations. 6.5 PRC with 147 ELDM’s. Groups got better when a muzzle brake was added. Flyers are the issue. Stack two or three in a hole, then throw the next one out 3/4” - 1”.

Picked up a hundred rounds of 147 eld-m match ammo. Was just going to continue doing that but I've always had handloads that shoot better, and since this will be primarily a hunting rig I want to use the berger elite hunters. Will just use the Hornady ammo for break in and then reload the brass with some rl26 and the bergers.
