Seekins MCSR handguard question

Does anyone know if the Seekins MCSR hanguard will work with a standard upper receiver or do you have to use one of his?

This is the handguard I'm looking at

From them man himself! Thanks. I assume it comes with a barrel nut and the bolts to attach the handguard. All my ar's have the BAR handguards and love them, but I don't need rails for this build. Is there any weight difference in the BAR rails and this MCSR?

The SP3R has a barrel nut that you can time perfectly with a conventional format receiver and the shims Seekins includes with the package.

Here is a conventional format Seekins receiver with one of their MCSR forends:
