I've never gotten behind a Sentinel, but I am sure it is a fine stock. I do have T5a Elite with the MCS though and it is thoroughly impressive. The finish is very nice and it always draws comments when I go to the old man range to do load testing. It draws another comment if they ask how much it cost! Both stocks are pretty spendy, so that comparison isn't super useful. I would say that the T5a has the advantage in weight and stiffness, but in reality, the stock to choose would be the one that fits best and feels the most natural.
