Humor me. I realize the question may seem a bit naive. Who wears a hardcore tactical belt?
I have gun belts suitable for CCW but am considering something like this:

I am seeking real world advice from people who may need to transition from casual EDC to serious heavy duty tactical action due to circumstances beyond your control. Things like mobs popping up outta nowhere. Civil war following a rigged election. Bugging out for any reason. Gotta back-up Rip on the Yellowstone ranch. Something unlikely but just "possible enough" to justify preparing for. Failure to prepare is preparing for failure right? For you guys who have worn these...what do you look for? Comfort is a key factor for me, I have several holsters I don't use because they are uncomfortable. So...you wanna load out like John Wick without the bulletproof dress suit...what's your belt? There sure are a lot of choices. This would be worn with or without the AR500 Armor Testudo Plate Carrier package shown below.

I'll humor you.

You want a duty belt then? If you want it to stay put and function for a long time, don't get a velcro inner belt. Get a high quality inner belt. Whether it's nylon or leather, get a buckle that's low profile and that won't flop around everywhere. For instance, The Wilderness belts are made of nylon and you can get a belt with a plastic insert to stiffen it up. The issue is the stiffening material cant extend into the part of the belt that goes through the buckle. This makes the buckle area of the belt flexible. If you put a duty belt over the Wilderness belt, the buckle on the Wilderness belt will works its way out from behind your duty belt.

The outer belt you posted looks nice, but I would recommend a real inner gun belt. Get some belt keepers and your good to go.

Are you getting your vest fitted? Make sure it's cut to allow your arms to move and shoot. Check the length on it too. I know a shorter vest offers less protection on your belly, but if it's too long it will suck a lot to sit / drive for any length of time with a vest in your chin.

I wouldn’t say it’s tactical, hardcore and the link is more of a duty belt. There’s a dozen different belts with purposes, if it gives you a tactical advantage then I guess it could be tactical. A riggers belt or just a good regular belt is enough to hold most handguns. A batman belt when you want need to start holding different kind of grenades, sometimes and ifak of some sort, and a knife. I never used a knife in combat but I have used them for IEDs. My point being, you less than you think you do.

Poor Kyle was out there in Kenosha getting some wearing cowboy boots with a can of dip in his back pocket and a AR. He wears a regular belt.

Belt Man Belts. I wear one of his everyday and if I’m wearing a suit, I just swap out the buckle (two screws). It looks nice and is double layered for use as a gun belt. Never had an issue with sagging and it’s extremely comfortable. I use it when doing IDPA/IPSC matches without issue. For heavier range/comp/basement dress up use, I run a ronin TF belt (this is a two piece system).

The SafeLife belt should work fine for what you describe. I have one and used it for a duty belt for a while, I gravitated to it after being disappointed with normal nylon duty belts. The SafeLife Velcro liner works very well and I didn’t feel the need to run keepers to keep the outer belt in place. The belt itself is nice and minimalist (not bulky) but very stiff.

Grab the range belt from Blue Alpha Gear. The inner belt is velcro and I use it all the time, either for carrying my mid-drop Safariland holster under a backpack belt, or inside a pair of Gadsden Dynamics shorts while running with my CCW. You can have the inner belt in your pants all the time as a carry belt, and then if things go sideways and you have the main belt in your vehicle/bag/etc. you can throw the main belt on over the inner belt. Super secure, very rigid, can be used as a regular belt or with the MOLLE for attaching mag pouches. Mine hangs in the closet with rifle and pistol mags and a holster on it.

Blue Alpha uses a 1.5" inner belt and a 2" outer belt, which is super convenient. Most pants only take a 1.5" belt so it's a very handy setup. I didn't think I'd like the inner/outer combo until I got one. Very versatile combo.

I run a Blue Force Gear Grid Belt https://www.blueforcegear.com/grid-battle-belt at work. I got it in the spring to T&E for a bike patrol unit. It has a thin 1.5" inner belt system with a 2" outer belt. The inner belt uses a G Hook buckle that sits very flat. It has become my everyday belt. Very comfortable and stiff enough to hold my pistols without sagging. I use G-Code RTI Wheels for my holsters and can swap between a paddle holster, belt loop, and duty holster very easily and quickly. The outer belt is light and the curved contour makes it far more comfortable to any other belt I have used the last 20 years on the job. I upgraded to the small cobra buckle for the outer belt. It makes it quick and easy to get on and off. I run 3 belt keepers when I have the outer belt. One keeper at the 1 o'clock position with my keys, 1 at the 3 o'clock, and 1 at 4 o'clock position. The 3 and 4 o'clock position keepers are to keep my asp baton from sliding around behind my holster.

I think because they are in the "similar" topics at the end of each thread and new people aren't paying attention. Either that or they've found the thread on a Google search and joined to comment on it. It's seen quite often
