I think I have finished my master work project (laughing)!

I am extremely thankful for the multiple vendors and smiths that have worked with me to get this project done.

RW Schneider, RW Snyder Gunsmithing did the Barrel work Chamber, fluting, and contour for my OPS inc Can and…the spiral fluting is dead sexy

Tip Burns, of: Canyon Sporting Arms Tip did the QPQ nitride finish, and it is freaking flawless…he nailed it

The Crew at Black OPS precision: BlackOps Precision mounting and supplying the EFR

The rifle Specs are:

Badger M2008
Obermeyer .260 bbl
Huber 2 stage trigger
Manners tactical folder with mini chassis
Black OPS EFR
OPSInc 12th Model Can

I need to get to the ranch and sight this sucker in!!!

turbo, I have not fit the rifle yet, had the scope finger tight, trying to figure out if I want a new scope or not....I will seriously fit it when I get the scope situation worked out

Yes, Brake and collar, had them QPQ nitrided so they match the bbl very well.

Make sure you test it with and without the can. I have a 260 with a OPS INC 12th and with the can it shot perfect, dime size groups at 100 yards.
When I took the can off it shot like dog shit! I was mortified, come to find out it was the OPS INC brake that was causing the issues. We could never figure out why but it just did.

Did you shoot the barreled action before sending it off for Nitride?

this is about the 10th rifle I have built with the OPS inc can, and brake....I have never seen that issue, but now that hunting with a can is legal, I dont fore see ever shooting with the can off. but I will try.

I never shoot prior to QPQ ing, I know the reason some do, but I have worked with a more than a few folks that feel a clean lapped bbl is the best way to nitride...
