SF Light ID

I've decided to clone the carbine I carried down range but I'm having trouble identifying the light and IR. I think the IR is a PEQ-2 (Hey, I was a medic ) but I'm lost on the SF.

I appreciate the help from all you eagle-eyed cloners out there!

It's a M951 with the XM00 tail cap and an ARMS #17 DL mount, state of the art in the early 2000's.

ETA: In the first pic he's running a PEQ-2 and in the next two there's a PAQ-4C on the rifle.
