SFP scope question.

When using StrelokPro I noticed that the ranges changed when I was maxed out compared to 6x. I understand that with SFP you need to be maxed out to use the information you put in but is the information correct for the magnification at the other ranges? These two pictures show maxed at 16X and also at 6X, I guess my question is at 6X would that be correct, my 3rd hash would be 167? If so it is confusing me. Thanks.

Yes that would be correct. With SFP the reticle stays the same size. So as you zoom out the distance on target between the subtensions increases.

But that seems like a lot of drop for those distances if I remember right the vortex bdc Is like 1.5 MOA 4.5 MOA, 7.5 MOA. What cartridge, bullet weight and speed. What distance is it zeroed at?

I should have included that I agree with you response about the reticle changing with the magnification For clarity’s sake.

Just wanted to add that not all scopes SFP/MOA are calibrated at full magnification. My Vortex Golden Eagle with ECR-1 reticle, the Subtensions correspond to magnification at 40x while max. magnification is at 60X.
