Shifty Shiff and the gang

All the managers should be charged and arrested for SEDITION, then made to show innocence before guilt. I am sure this would be a valuable lesson to them all if they are smart enough.
Week WIN goes to Chuck Schumer though...
I demand witness name under Rule number...and the ink was not even dry on the decision stating no witnesses.

Those that abuse the system should be subject to the same system.

is this story anywhere else? even though the media is dirty, i would think someone would report on the AG indicting a bunch of people.
Whistleblower anonymity violates the right of the accused to face their accuser. It's all BS.

Greg

very true, but if they let the whistleblower get "out" and testify, then there will be nothing but a superhighway connection between him and Schiff as collusion to lie and orchestrate this entire thing.

Look at my reply above... Post #4 in this thread.

Whistleblower laws were formulated to get around the failure of prosecutorial investigative skills.

So because they're so shitty at their jobs, the public must be forced to tolerate unconstitutional prosecutorial measures. When the accused demand they face their accusers, oh nonono, these laws deny such rights. Only a politician would approve such BS.

Nobody likes a snitch, except the Dems, these days.

I want to see who these new perps rat out, and about what. Wouldn't it be rich if Schiff was one of those who got ratted out?

The entertainment is unending,..

Whistleblower laws, as ACTUALLY written (to my knowledge), DO ALLOW the accused to face his accuser. They only protect the whistleblower from being punished in any way for coming forward to speak out. It is only in this new era of Democrat TDS that they have intentionally conflated the meaning to include protection of the whistleblower's identity. Nowhere in those laws was that ever intended or stated (again, as far as I've always understood it). Thus, we have every right to know who he is. Trump has every right to face him, but he is protected from any punishment for coming forward. Personally, I think if he is found to be lying, he should still be eligible for punishment - and that might be how it is, but I'm not sure.
