Shoot or no?

I thought if a gun is drawn from concealed carry in FL then someone has to get shot. I’m pretty sure gun guy can catch charges for not using the gun.

Being that he chased the guy down, I believe by law that is questionable to the rules of conceal carry. By the book laws... I would not have shot him.

But I would have accepted his offer of hand to hand.

Somewhere around this position my left leg would’ve kicked his left knee and put his ass on the ground, then I would’ve started kicking him in the fucking skull.

Edit- everything about the knife wielding guys body position tells me he doesn’t have a fuckingclue, just left so many openings of things that you could do there’s no reason to shoot him.

put the knife welding wack job down Id pick judge me by 12 every time in any circumstance over carried by 6 unless running him over is an option then Id let the car handle it's faster end to the problem than the gun or the knife .

How about not following him and looking for a altercation.

Your method does help pay for the F350 for cop and the lawyers new AMG though.

Biker dude is lucky he doesn't have a knife stuck in his chest , if the guy with the knife knew how to use it he could of closed the distance before the biker got his gun out. That aside biker dude is a wuss for not putting one right in the center of the knife guy's face for the win. Theres nothing like the look on a dude's face when he knows he just fucked up and could die.

Biker plays tough biker and has the brass knucks, gun, leathers and tattoos to back it up. He approaches cager with brass knuckles, cager pulls a knife to defend himself and tells biker to back off.

Road captain keeps pushing the issue because his ol lady is there videoing and he can't look like a bitch. Meanwhile, cager is repeatedly telling biker to keep back, get on his bike and leave.

I use to ride a Harley and some of the biggest assholes were fellow Harley riders. Cager should add his own gun to his kit.

Gun would have come out the second I would have seen the knife. If he would have kept approaching he'd get a round through his face.

Then again I wouldn't follow someone who just cut me off. What does a 'win' look like in that scenario?

It's south Florida: they are both assholes by definition.

That video makes me raging mad at the vile police who do that stuff and get away with it.
I have personal experience with having to pay thousands of dollars to deal with the outcome of a false arrest just like that with a family member, the god damn alcohol breath test showed way under the legal limit and the vile minority cop with chip on his shoulder wanted to stick his shriveled dick in someone and show white women how tough he was by still arresting them and hauling them off to jail for DUI despite clearly being in the wrong.

I got a good lawyer and paid them well and they pretty much told the stupid evil son of a bitch DA that if they want to be made a laughing stock out of, let's go to trial, I've been paid up and I'm going to enjoy ruining your career. They then promptly dropped the case, but I was still out thousands of dollars and it totally and irreparably messed up the mental well being of a family member with long term tragic consequences.

So I hate those vile police types who do that stuff with a righteous hatred.

Just like what happened to that republican politician's wife down here recently, who was falsely arrested and treated as horribly as they possibly could and made to sit in a hell hole jail as long as possible until they had to release her.

Of course the police behind all this get away with it and all the stupid boot lickers go on about "just keeping us safe" and "we should always believe what the police say".

Again it's clear to anyone with their eyes open that the only justice is what you make on the streets.
Make it happen bro

Bike boy was an idiot for chasing him down/following him.

Not unlike one SH member who did the same a told his story on here. 🙄

And yeah, comes at you with a knife?
Gun out, command to stop if possible or light that idiot up.

And yeah, its all split second decisions you live with the fall out from.

And biker boy was SUPER slow on his draw from his magic vest…..

following the driver is asking for a confrontation.

Pretty much what they said...
You assume that police are unable to discern what happened without video evidence. If you were right, there would be dozens of people in my state going to jail every month for defending themselves. But there aren't.

Yes, video is nice. It's absolutely not necessary.
Even without video the knife is there. The problem is the Biker trash initiated the confrontation by following the guy.

They're both fucking stupid, I'd arrest the fairy with the knife and get the bikers CCW yanked for his obvious lack of fucking judgment and good sense.

A gun is to defend your life or your loved ones if threatened, not to allow you to run around instigating confrontations that lead to it's use

And therein lies the one and only problem I have with stand your ground laws is the fuckers who go out looking for trouble and when they write a check their ass can't cash, then run for the gun.

Bikertrash not only stood his ground, he was the aggressor. Looked like his loudmoth bitch was also carrying a sap.

He is well within my range of fear for my life with wielding a deadly weapon and obvious intent. The guy with the gun is lucky he ran down a guy that wasn't the real deal and ready to put a knife in him because he had the opportunity. The guy with the knife is extremely lucky the walked away. I still think biker is a dumbass for chasing him down....he initiated the contact so doesn't that negate the stand your ground?

Biker guy should have drawn at the first sight of the knife, as the German mentioned. And created some space with a subtle step or four back. Knife pussy guy had enough time to figure out further aggression was a bad idea. Good no shoot in my opinion.

I don't know what makes fat, old biker trash think they're bullet proof. I've heard too many stories by Harley riders bragging about following people, getting off their bike and bitchslapping drivers.

95% is BS but Ive also witnessed some actual stupid stuff. Reach through my window, win some free HST.

Biker trash? I know many lawyers, doctors, bankers and even cops that dress up like pirates and get on their Harley and act like they are one percenters. They remind me of that movie Wild Hogs or something. IIRC the badge boys have their own "club".
Some of their antics are comical.

Only cop I knew that rode was a motorcycle cop. Damn, that guy would get shitfaced on poker runs on a Sunday afternoon and somehow have to be sober and back in uniform the next morning. We're talking dancing on the tables drunk. Some in the crowd thought he was a narc and he was taking his cover act too far.

He couldn't keep up that double life and ended up quitting, growing his hair long and getting full sleeve tats and working in a Harley shop.

With no context it would for sure be justified.

With context imo...no, it wouldn't be.

Problem is, there is plenty of context.

And it has nothing to do with guy lunging or actively trying to cut you or whatnot. Someone pulls a knife out to attack you, welp...

Just imo, if you carry you should do all you can to avoid. That doesnt mean running away, it means to not look for it. Following mofos to confront them doesn't personally jive with me, but thats how I roll.

Maybe in states that disarm the law abiding.

Where I am, trying to get someone out of his car is asking for a death sentence. Castle doctrine extends to one's vehicle in Ohio and so does the legal presumption that the aggressor intends to use deadly force.

Like you, reaching into my car in anger is just asking to get some bullet holes in the head.

Yup

If a person lives in a state where it’s normal for Harley riders to bitch slap others drivers…that’s because that drivers a bitch and needs to be slapped

Reach through a window in a free state and catch a face full of 9mm

I live in kali so I’m extra careful. Passed an old fucker going pretty quick on my way to work one morning. He decided to follow me. I just drove around for a while, I was worried about not trying to de escalate enough. I called the cops and told em what was going on and that I was (legally) armed. He drove off after yelling at me, before the cops showed up. I didn’t want to plug the guy but I would’ve got out with a drawn gun. Who knows he might have too. Road rage is dumb. If you carry a gun in a commie state, you really have to look at things differently.
