Can anyone please tell me of any shoots in ok or any place where me and some friends can shoot at. I'm wanting break into comp but need a place to shoot and learn from people with experience.

There was the OTS match not too long ago, over buy Vicci. There are also a few ranges in OKC and a couple in Tulsa. Where do you live in the state? That might make answering your question a little easier.

Come out to Rick Reeves on April 30th. There is a clay pigeon match. It's kinda been taken over by BR or FClass type rigs but I still go and shoot it every year. Alot of good people and some good food. I'll put you in contact w/Rick if you want.

Hey 3rdgss could you please give me some info on Rick Reeves on April 30th. I have been looking for some local matches, Im new to the long range game I have accsess to 1,000yrd range, however I would like to try some competitions. Thanks

The Match at Rick Reeves is a Great place to start, Rick is a great host and there will be a lot of great shooters there to get to know & learn from.
There are 600 yard F-clss matches at OKC Gun Club, 600 & 1,000 yard F-class Matches in Sand Springs at Red Castle Gun Club.

Thanks guys for the info. Sorry its taking me so long to reply. I live in Tecumseh south of Shawnee. I will give Mr. Reevess a call ASAP. Hey 070 if you ever need anyone to go shoot with and dont mind teaching a thing or two get in touch with me I def dont have any place to shoot that far! Once again thanks for all the info guys.

There are 2 more Oklahoma matches coming up after the 30th. May 7th Greenhouse call Joey on the greenhouse match thread (It's a spin off of the March Match with steel plates). And Travis is planning a match in June that is supposed to have some new stuff in it. I think it is the 2nd weekend but I am not sure.
