shooting mat

Sorry guys I searched and I'm not sure how to find the google search.....

Im looking for a shooting mat, That may double as a gun bag?
Also what is a cost effected round in 223 for p-dog hunts? Dont think 55 FMJ is the best round.
I need to buy 500 rounds.

I use the TAB mat. I like it. In some conditions I need to put something down under it as I get thorns and shit pushing into me.

It's small enough to carry and large enough for decent shooting.

Midway has thier dogtown bullets on sale this month. I have shot the 55 hp and they are good for the price.

Not real sure but IIRC, the multicam variation posted in the link above is mine. Good kit. Use it for my DPMS SASS.

Used to use the TAB. But it's rather thin, so depending on where you are shooting, here in AZ, thorns, catus spikes and such can poke through. Lately, I have been using the Dillon mat and I have been very happy with it.

TAB mat is everything you need and nothing you don't need, I have a Eagle HSRC its a shooting mat and drag bag combo, if you want something kick ass and custom made to your specs get a GRT. As for ammo look at getting some Hornady VMax's, I assume you have a 1-9 twist, the 60 grainers will work just fine.

Yeah I have a 1-9 twist.I think I'm going to get a one from eagle, I like what I've read about the service and warranty.
