Short Action Custom Builds for Bartlein Barrels

Mark Gordon and Crew and Short Action Customs just recently built a couple of rifles for Tracy and Jeff here at Bartlein. Mark did start a post and showed Jeffs gun with out the scope (30,000th barrel build gun). We took some pictures of Jeff's and Tracy's gun with the scopes mounted. Thanks to Mark and all the guys at SAC! Both guns are 6.5 Creedmoor's.

Other than the s/n nothing is different or special per say about the barrels. No special lapping or hand picked for the builds etc...same thing we would've made for anyone else.

Standard 6.5mm barrels, 5R rifling and 1-8 twist.

Glad you got to see them in Marks shop while you were there and thanks for liking them!

GAP also did a build a while back and put the cut off end in the buttstock of a rifle.

It's a cool touch for special builds and for Mark to do it again and it turned out awesome with the cerakoted finish on them which is the same as the rifle.

Now what to build for the 50,000th barrel?
