I was reading the above article and it started to raise some questions. Firstly what are your thoughts on the info in the article and secondly, what is a fast burning powder and bullet weight combo to take advantage of the characteristics describe in the article.

I have an 18" FN PBR that loves 155gr Remington ammo, yes the cheap crap from wally world(1/2" moa)but it also shoots 175gr M118 really well. I have not started reloading for it yet, so I have not started playing around with loads.

Thoughts?

I run a 155 scenar downy my 19" barrel at around 2830-2840 fps. YMMV

Great article, it helped me a lot in deciding to go with a 20" barrel. Your powder, bullet weight question is a hard one to answer as there must be thousands of combinations and other opinions as to what would work. Try posting a question in the Sniper's Hide Reloading Board
