All USSS Uniformed Agents have 4 months of travel per year, and will do PPD at some point. They all get cycled through to someone, somewhere. It isn't malicious.women with big hips have problems with holsters.

Someone seemed to be shocked Crooks wasn't nabbed 3 hours before the speech started with his range finder.
My guess would be some idiotic FUDD "fair chase" hunting regulation. Because God knows the last thing an ethical hunter needs is have an accurate range to target and properly adjusted sights.

I grew up in the South in the 50's and 60's. If you were from Texas you'd understand what I was saying. We experienced segregation, de-segregation and the Civil Rights movement.
