Just got my shipment of 1000 RWS cases in 300WM, my question is would you anneal it before first firing or shoot it once, fire form it, then anneal it?

No...they have been annealed at the factory. I personally would load and fire them 4 or so times before annealing. You can get the necks too soft. JMHO

yep, load and shoot new brass then anneal after a few firings.
