Just recently got my Leupold TMR- Illuminated in the other day. Love the glass and everything but for some reason I just can't keep my eyes off of the SB PMII 3-20. The price difference from a good dealer isn't TOO much but Im really liking the P4F reticle. Anyone have any hands on with this preferably hands on with both that can give me some insight and tell me if its worth the switch. Im running this on a 16 inch Larue P TOBR.

Which Leupold are you talking about? The 3-18x44?
If yes, then the SnB has a better eyebox and glass but it is long at almost 15.5". Also the rear eyepeice of the schmidt 3-20 might not clear a rear folding iron sight unless the scope mount is at least 1.5" high. (I had the 3-20 snb in a near alphamount thats 1.4" high on my AR10 and the eyepeice hit the kac rear 600m folding iron. It was just a few cunt hairs too low... lol)
I have the Leupold 3-18 illuminted tmr and it is at home on my AR10 and AR15 in a throw lever mount.
Both are fine but I like the shorter scope package on my AR's. Regardless you won't be dissapointed with the Schmidt 3-20 and P4F reticle. Look in the "optics for sale" section you can find a few going for $3000- $3200 shipped. I wouldn't pay the "new" price for the Schmidts at roughly $3700 UNLESS there was a particular configuration you needed.

You might look at the msr reticle as well on the s&b. It is similar to the p4f except it has some quick ranging features, as well as a 1 mil x 1 mil center cross, as opposed to the p4f which has a 1.6 mil center cross.
The S&B is a better scope. I also recommend looking at the Kahles 6-24x56mm, these scopes are very nice.

Yeah Im trying to trade out of the Leupold or sell it off now. For what Im using my Larue for this glass just suits the gun much better.. Anyone interested in a BRAND NEW never touched or Mounted Mark 6 TMR 3-18 illuminated PM or check the swap meet
The S$B is a better a better scope in every way except warranty, for what they cost a S$B service van should come to your house and fix it if you break it, I would look at all the scopes warranty information before making your final decision, Leupold Vortex Nightforce are forever, to me that is important.
