shoutbox issue

I'm pretty sure its just me, but I have been unable to see the shout box from my computer. I can see it on my telephone. I made sure Java and my web browser is updated. I also restarted my computer and still no fix. Is there a fix for this, or something i did to fix the issue?

Running FireFox through Comcast cable, no SB.
Fired up Google Chrome, and it's there.

restarted computer again this morning, firefox did a quick micro update and shoutbox is working. looks like it was firefox causing the issue for awhile.

the shout box was playing up on me last night as well . it's working now .

Well I have to say that I am Having the same problem with Shoutbox loading as well so I don't think the fault is on our side

Apparently it is character driven, so if people are cutting and pasting non-standard characters in it, the box will shut down until it recycles through
