Well I've looked at everything that came up during a extended search, an have given up on a side charging 308 AR for my intended wants/needs. I was hoping for something totally different than the stuff I've seen to date

Your OP is a bit vague but I believe you'll find the Savage MSR 10 Long Range has what you're looking for, it comes in three different flavors, .308 6.5 Creedmoor,6 creedmoor I haven't read anything spectacular about them, as in like consistent 1/2 MOA all day but I haven't read or heard anything negative either. From what I can gather there a solid 1 MOA rifle with a lot of modern and desired features that usually come at a high price from most other firearm manufacturers.
I've seen them around for as low as 1,400.00

They utilize standard DPMS barrels so there's a pleather of options if worst case scenario you're not happy with the accuracy.
I was actually kicking around the idea not long ago about picking one up and installing a proof research stainless steel barrel, just because the platform already comes with everything you could possibly want and a handguard that can accommodate the +2 gas system.

Yea I seen those but the charging handles are on the left, I want it on the right like a M14, M1, or AK. Had HK 91's an 3's with it on the left never again,...
aw, gotcha. i will let you know if i see anything.
i actually like the left side charging handle, but my rifle lets me run it on either side or both if i want.
