Sig 10K (gen 1) reset??

I’m hoping to hard reset a set of sig 10k binos. Does anyone know how?

Reason is DOF doesn’t share to my kestrel and both companies told me to reset everything. Which I got the kestrel done.

I could wait for the response from sig but thought maybe someone here has the answer quicker.
