Sig 556ER and EOTech Value???

I have a Sig 556ER, and am considering selling it with the EOTech sight and magnifier, but am questioning what a fair price would be. I have nearly $2500 in all of it. Please tell me your thoughts. It has been shot around 50 times at 50 yards...that is it. You can hit a dime every time at that yardage. Details below.

BTW - I am considering selling so I can get a Savage 110 BA in .338 Lapua...that is the only reason.

EOTech 517.A65 sight
EOTech G23.FTS magnifier - This is the one that has the built in flip over mount.

I priced all three things new and get a price now of ~$2300 + shipping & fees.


As far as pricing goes, it would depend on how desperate you are for cash. Say $1600-2000 depending on how badly you need money right now. Since you're going to buy another gun, I would say price at the high end and see how it goes. You've got nothing but time.

Oh and if you just put it here because you can't post in the For Sale section; Be Warned: That's not tolerated.

Thanks for your help! If I could get anywhere around $2000, I'd feel like a champ! I just wanted to make sure I wouldn't be out of line.

I was not planning to sell it on here, as I would like to keep it in Texas for simplicity reasons. I was not aware I couldn't post it in the For Sale section. Thanks!!

You just need to have 100 posts before posting in the For Sale section that's all. There are lots of guys from Texas on here; a lot more than from ND anyway

Selling used stuff can be frustrating, but like I said you've got nothing but time. If it's a real looker fit and finish-wise (and it's a lightly used Sig so I'm sure that's not a problem) you just need the right guy to see it in person and I'm sure he'll fall in love with it.
