Suppressors SIG P250 - ANYONE have any experience with these?

Re: SIG P250 - ANYONE have any experience with these?

Thanks Raf-
I'm going to get the 9mm subcompact kit as soon as it's available as that's the most practical carry for me.
However for home defense, I believe the .45 is a better round. I also think the .45 will be a better bear deterrent in the mountains in case they get hungry while I'm cooking around the fire.

I have not found any info on mag capacity for the 9 or 40 subcompacts....

Unfortunately I'll also have to wait for the 10 round mags.....don't let me find the retards that came up with that one.

Anybody know how many they'll hold?

Re: SIG P250 - ANYONE have any experience with these?

The 45 is certainly preferred. I went with the 9 so it would be a bit cheaper to shoot. As you can see....I am running through some ammo.

Sigs website should have mag-capacity numbers.

Re: SIG P250 - ANYONE have any experience with these?

Hey Raf - How many rounds now??? Any problems?
Also, can anyone tell me where the heck I can order a .40 Subcompact X-Change kit for the p250??
Finally found the mag capacity numbers in the handbook. That info was not on the website.

Re: SIG P250 - ANYONE have any experience with these?

Have not time to get back to the range the last few weeks; still at the same round count. Still no problems but for the one bad magazine. If I had never used it, failures would be at ...."never".

Can't help you on the kit......gotta be someone out there selling it. Try E-mailing Sig and see of they can suggest a dealer.

Re: SIG P250 - ANYONE have any experience with these?

Another 100 rounds of reloads today without problems.

This makes 1030 rounds(mostly factory) without a single failure to feed, fire, or extract.....even with one bad mag that was not locking the slide back on last shot. Sig sent a replacement and it works perfectly. No other problems...of any kind.

Re: SIG P250 - ANYONE have any experience with these?

I bought one in 40s&w back in June or so. Cant say I've been pleased, it has a high probability of experiencing a FTF on every other mag with every ammo I've put through it. Not good for a concealed carry gun.

Just havent gotten around to selling it or sending it back to Sig.

Re: SIG P250 - ANYONE have any experience with these?

You are certainly not alone.

I am surprised at how biased all experiences have been, of the ones I have read over the last few months.
I will read of someone having zero issues, followed by someone with major issues. There don't seem to be many people with just a few or even minor problems; more so "all good" or "all bad".

I hope Sig gets thier shit together and takes care of users like yourself. Make them fix it!

Re: SIG P250 - ANYONE have any experience with these?

1130 rounds so far without any failures to feed, fire, or extract.
Ran 100 reloads through it today, 124 grain FMJ's with 4 grains TiteGroup. Good load for this weapon.

Have not been to the range since early December.
It was good to get out shooting again.

Re: SIG P250 - ANYONE have any experience with these?

Just got the 9mm Xchange kit and LOVE IT
I have about 500 rounds through the 45 and 300 through the 9 so far. I've noticed that the 45 does not like winchester hollow point ammo for whatever reason, but it functions perfectly with anything other than a hollowpoint. The 9 is absolutely flawless so far. A real pleasure to shoot both. The 9 is surprisingly accurate too.

Re: SIG P250 - ANYONE have any experience with the

Only problems I have had with mine is the extractor doesn't grab cci blazer well, and occasionally the slide will lock back past the slide release before the mag is empty jamming the pistol up. I've been meaning to send it in then trade it for a G19 or HK P2000.
