Suppressors Silencer vs Suppressor Form 4 box 4b

My SOT filled out both my FORM 4's and on one he put "Suppressor" because the approved FORM 3 he received had it. The other FORM 4 has Silencer as did all of my other ones that I have done in the past.

Have any of you used the term "Suppressor" on a FORM 4 box 4b and or did you have any issues?

Whatever is listed on the form 3 needs to be carried over to the form 4. Different manufacturers list them differently.
