Simple question for XLR owners.

Im on the market for a new chassis. And Im really liking the XLR. But just one little problem.

I have a 24 inch barrel and I have a silencer on it which comes back down the barrel a few inches and Im worried that the handguard on the chassis might come too far up the barrel and get in the way of the silencer.

So I just want to know. If anybody here has an XLR chassis, can they tell me what barrel lenght they have and what kind of distance you have between your muzzle and the handguard.

Id hate to buy the chassis and then realise my silencer is no good to me

Here is my XLR with a 20" barrel and 14" hand guard. I have about 4-4.5" sticking out. You will have absolutely no trouble with a 24" and reflexing suppressor.

I have a predator 8 suppressor. Im just looking at your barrel and Im thinking it might be a tight fit on my own, as the suppressor extends quite a bit.

I'm just going to have to measure the silencer on the barrel when I get home and find out exactly how far back it extends.

Measure length from receiver and give Kyle at XLR a call, I am sure he can quickly give you the answer you need.

This is a 20" barrel on a Savage short action with the 14" hand guard.

Kyle also offers a 12" hand guard as a standard option.
