I received my new stock pouch from SKT Industries today and though I might share it with you guys. I searched for some time to find the perfect pouch for my AIAE and happened to go with the SKT Industries pouch after it was highly recommended by another hide member. I called Scott who was a very cool guy! Professional, accommodating and gave some great feedback to create the perfect pouch. Just FYI, SKT has already designed items or he can make you a variation or modified items of your choosing.

I chose the already designed AIAE magazine pouch made to hold either a 5rd or 10 rd magazine. The pouch is a fold over style and is held down securely using the cheek rest posts that go into the stock. Custom holes are created in several locations to move the pouch forward and back. Tension on the pocket is perfect to hold the magazine in, but not too tight that I had a hard time removing the magazine. I added the bullet loops to the outside as I like to have the option to speed reload singles if necessary. Plus I get 6 more rounds! Each loop is also tapered at the bottom to create extra tension to hold the bullets in solidly.

The top of the pouch has a fold over cover with a securing plastic buckle to hold everything in tight.

The cheek side of the pouch has a thick clear window that can be used to display your DOPE, pictures of your target, family ect or may be used for storage of anything that can fit.

The underside of the pouch has a nylon strap that loops under the stock and attaches to the other side cinching the entire pouch down as tight as you can make it. I found that making it snug and not too tight keeps the pouch securely in place and uniformed.

The pouch is made of very solid nylon and materials which I feel could stand up to some decent wear and tear. Overall construction and workmanship is excellent and creation and shipping time were more than satisfactory! The price point of this particular pouch was a little higher than your average TAB or Tac ops pouch but not by very much. Having options available to make the pouch custom made to fit all my needs was worth the few extra dollars.

Thank you to Scott and SKT Industries for an awesome product!

And just for the record, I do not work or promote for this company. Im just a happy customer who wants to share a great product with his friends here! If you have any questions or would like me to shoot some extra pictures feel free to let me know!

Is he still making these? I traded several E-Mails with him late in 2013 about a slightly customized version of one of these that would also hold a Mil-Dot master, and had a good very exchange with him, including pictures and sketches back and forth. Then suddenly I never heard from him again. I've written him 5 E-mails since that time, with no response of any kind. Weird?
