Participating in this match also helps raise money for AmericanSnipers.org. In 7 years of contributing part of the entry fee to AmericanSnipers.org, we have raised almost $10000 which has been used to buy gear for our soldiers in harm’s way!

This is a postal match, where you shoot the targets I send you on your home range, then send them back to be scored and posted on several shooting forums as well as the home website.

DEADLINES

Mailed entry fees must be postmarked by the listed date. With the deadline where it is, someone entering at the deadline will still have a minimum of 2 weekends to shoot. This means your entry needs to be POSTMARKED by the date listed to be entered in the current match.

The target return deadline needs to be adhered to so I can get the results posted in a timely manner.

Well, after a tragic family loss, I had to take some time out on this match, but things have just finally started to settle down and I need something to take my mind off of it all. Funds sent, cant wait to dust off the safe queen and knock some holes in paper! Hopefully the parts with smileys . I have to admit, feeling a bit rusty....Gotta get some practice in this weekend. A special thanks to Jason for keeping this all going for so long and giving us all a chance to support a great cause while doing what we all love!

Sad days it seems. Nobody out of our group did worth a flip. Windy as all get out, hot as all get out, kids were bored this time around. All very frustrating.

I shotgunned the CF target and improved some on the RF. Finally figured out that my shots kept moving due to cheek weld being inconsistent. Added a stock pack and problem went away. Would never have worried over it had I not participated in these matches. They make me shoot and stay familiar with my rifles, I love it.

Probably not what you are thinking... It’s a Remington action and an AAC prefit barrel, If you have the tools its plug and play. I am using the 308 1-8 twist 18” barrel and still looking for a good load, but I am quickly coming to the belief that one most certainly can over stabilize a bullet...

This darn match is seriously hard on the wallet... Made me spend alot of money building up a rimfire to compete with.

But I love shooting this, makes me work on fundamentals much much more! I know I bombed both groups this go around, still anxious to see how I placed!

This match made me realize how much work I need for consistency. Even that blasted rimfire at 50 yards is very difficult.

Looking forward to the results. I think I cleaned up on the centerfire this time. Although I did darn good last timewith the centerfire.

Competition was tough as usual, with many good scores. You gotta nail everything to be near the top. A score of 200 did no get you in the top 10 of CF or the top 11 of RF!
