Gunsmithing Smith at Barnwood arms in Ripon CA

Any of you central CA guys ever use the smith at Barnwood Arms In Ripon?
I was in there today and talked to one of the guys at the counter about he shop smith. He handed me a card for Paul Mangelos, who is the smith there, but wasn't in today.
I'm sending a 7mm blank and 700 action to SD for the group buy, but have another build in the works and was hoping to work with a local smith.
Good, bad, anything would help.

If none know him or his work, how about a smith between Modesto and Fresno. I'm looking for a complete build on a 700 action.

Give Marc a call @ Spartan Precision Rifles. Now that he's winding down the SH 2012 builds, he may have extra time on his hands ..... nobody better in NorCal
