WE Can downgrade you on the site, we cannot access. your SUBSCRIPTION MANAGER which is located at Pay Pal

We do not access your payment,

If you used one email for here and different email for Pay Pal you have to manage it we cannot

I know Pay Pal is telling you to ask me, that is incorrect and not how our system works.

If you email me with "CANCEL" only, no transaction IDs, no Email that Pay Pal is using, especially if search your email and it's not in my system, when I do find you, I am banning the account permanently.

Your laziness has to stop, the days of telling me last minute to fix your finances is over, instant ban....

The, gee, I forgot and you have to refund me are over... too many taking advantage of my answering your stupidity

There is absolutely no option on PayPal for me to terminate my autopayment. It is very clear that I have to contact Frank Galli. Now you're going to ban us because the payment source you use doesn't work the way you want it to?

I was just successful in canceling mine, but it wasn't easy. In the mobile app when I went to my automatic payments in Android, it had nothing identifying the auto payment as 'Frank Galli' or 'Snipers Hide'. It was just blank and the only way I could find it was through the 19.95 amount. Then I could find no way to cancel in the mobile app.

Off to the desktop application. Same thing, nothing to identify as the payment I am looking for. Found it by clicking on the only blank payment. No cancel option when getting into the auto payment. There was however an option to remove paypal as payment method at the bottom of the page. That seems to have worked.

Looking through some of my different autopayments, some do have a cancel option, some only have the remove paypal as payment option.

If the cancelation can only be done on the desktop app, that's simple enough, and someone should have just said that.

Not the case. None of my recurring payments show up under Payments-Bills. I suspect it may have to do with the source of the funding for that auto payment, i.e. credit card, PayPal balance, etc.

Click remove paypal as payment option. That will cancel the autopayment.

The new supporter subscription uses credit cards so you wont have to use PayPal anymore. Moving forward the new processor will make this problem go away.

Thank you. I tried exactly that, and it gave me this screen every time I tried.

I was able to access the desktop app and it was done in 30 seconds. I can't explain the issue, but it's resolved now. Thank you.

Well aren’t you a unique one then? I was easily able to cancel my auto payment through PayPal. Just did it last week.

You should ask a 10 year old to help you out and do it. Instructions and info have been published on here many times by those that somehow, amazingly were able to do it with ease.

In other words, you are wrong.

Are you serious? Have you really not followed the migration that, among other things, moved subscriptions to be managed via HideTV which supports numerous payment options vs the old forum PayPal only scheme (and no, most gun owners don't mind giving PayPal the finger).

If you signed up for Supporter via PayPal and the forum upgrade, then you are encouraged to cancel and initiate that subscription thru HideTV (hint...just hit the Home button in the forum list drop down).

No need to give up your $20. Subscribe via the new scheme, go to PayPal and cancel your subscription there so no more payments are made that way after this initial $20, then PM @alexj-12 , one of the admins and she will work to refund your $20.

Frank is NOT trying to gouge you for a single penny.

You can always wait until your current monthly term is up to migrate to HideTV. That’s what I’m doing.

That is by far the easiest and least problematic way of doing things.

Just go on PayPal and shut off your subscription and then at the end of your current month (or year) then just renew using the new system.

What if you don’t have a PP account to access. They closed my account years ago for selling EVIL gun parts. Due to illness and limited income I may have to cancel my membership. Do know if I an ongoing subscription. I payed by the year.

You can use PayPal as a guest, but you will be required to manually make the monthly payment.
