As you have probably read, I triggered your moderators because in my opinion they were way out of line. They have shown similar attacks without any indication of intent and take to the public forum. I understand you support your Mods and you should but I think this is a coaching issue and they will continue to attack every comment. It's comparison to what some did to Gunwerks without understanding the full story.

I also understand this is YOUR site and you can delete my account at anytime which is your prerogative. I tend to believe people have no ill intent until proven otherwise. JMHO though.

On another note.....there was a post that stated "someone should flush this turd" meaning get rid of me. I heard a very similar statement from a protester that stated "someone should kill that piece of shit". That's the guy they should be moderating and caution.

Some have asked what my background is......it's none of their business but I will tell you. I have been in LE for 25 years, been shot at twice, stabbed once (not bad though), Been to LE sniper school 3 times, including camp Attebury. Watched a guy shoot himself in the head with a shotgun while on over watch and spent a great deal of time convincing the review board that I didn't pull the trigger. That being said, I read a lot here but don't post much because of the climate which unfortunately I feel will get worse for you as more and more anti-2A people infiltrate the site. I think Ryan Scott will be one of them but that is just my opinion. As these people bleed out into the other forums it will create conflict between members which is what some want. I apologize for creating any issues for you but your MODs will destroy your site without some sort of over site and training no different than we are seeing in the police academies right now.

The result, I backed my mods, closed the threads and ordered a few vacations, but knowing how some of this unfolded I took issue with the way the complaint was presented because I see it as two sides,

So, if you get told to cut the shit, or you see someone get told, move along. If it was bad enough, there would have been more severe consequences.

When you choose to go the other way (especially when you weren’t even involved), then the “cut the shit” posts stop happening and people just start getting banned.

Yep. Internet forums are just like the protests/demonstrations around the country. The protests are mostly good people who want to be heard and want their ideas, frustration and disappointment to be acknowledged. Mixed in with them are the assholes/looters/rioters who only want to wreak havoc. Too many people for LE to separate, so when the rocks/bottles start to fly, so does the CS gas. Well-meaning folks get caught up in the middle of that shit and it sucks.

The forums, gun-rights groups, militias etc suffer the same fate. Mostly good folks, but somewhere in there is a fucktard to spoil it for everyone. LE can't tell by screen-name or avatar photo which forum member is an idiot. They just have to read and sift through posts. The idiots highlight themselves.
