Selling a Benchmark #5 contour barrel chambered in 7saum. The barrel is finished at 26 inches and has a microbastard brake installed. There is a small scuff on the bottom of the brake. Barrel was fitted to a Stiller TAC 30 action. All work was done by Phoenix Custom Rifles.
I decided to change the barrel on the gun to a different contour. The barrel had less than 150 rounds down the tube before it was removed. The chamber was cut with a slightly longer freebore for the heavier bullets. I do not know the exact measurements.
The barrel is a 1-9 twist. I was able to shoot 1/2 inch groups with 168 grain Berger VLDs while feeding from an Alpha mag.
Now it's just taking up space in the safe. $150.00 shipped
