Rimfire SOLD BRNO Mod 3, Cz 456 $1200

Brno Model 3 ST-Match.CZ 456, .22 lr. Barrel length ~27”. Barrel is threaded to the receiver(for those who are not familiar).Less than 400 shots. Original CZ competition target sights. Beechwood stock with no visible marks and scratches. Excellent bluing. Trigger is one stage and extremely light. It comes with one 5 round magazine, one bench rest “magazine”, 9 front sight apertures and a hand stop. Original CZ 1” scope rings included.One of the trigger guard screws and two of the rail’s screws have slightly damaged heads.
It shoots equally accurate to my Anschutz 1907. Photoed target is from prone position at 96 yards with harris bipod and rear sand bag, CZ diopter sights of course. 23 shots on the target.

Just for comparison. Anschutz 1907, same bipod, same sandbag, same target, same distance. Keep it mind, the Anschutz is a single shot. 20 shots on the target.

I still don’t understand how they shoot so accurate, despite they were made (not manufactured) Long time ago! My wife is the only reason I’m selling it!

Did you inlet the stock to allow for mags? Mine is a single shot stock, but the barreled action does have a magwell with a single shot insert and mag catch, I assume I would have to fab an extended mag catch if I were to inlet for a magwell. I also found that CZ455 mags fit and feed fine in the barreled action.

I'm a little hesitant to do so as I don't want to hurt any of the value of the rifle, I have several repeater rimfires already.

I don’t think it would be a problem. Mine has additionally made extended mag catch and it works awesome.

This is the original stock. Nothing has been modified on this rifle, except the extended mag release. This Brno model has been made for the Czechoslovakian national team.
