It is a Hart rifle barrel blank. Still has Hart's stamps in the receiver end. Was sold by Hart to Midway back in 2008. Midway sold it to the person that had it, and now I have it. I confirmed this information with Karen at Hart Barrels as Midway didn't have any info on it and they don't sell this barrel any longer.
Spec's are 7mm 1 in 9" twist. Harts contour for Remington Varmint or Sendero.
